Use and disclosure of information:
All information obtained from an award submission will be kept confidential and not released. I do not collect cookies or write cookies to your machine in any way for the purpose of gathering information. I do not share any information with outside parties. I will only use return email addresses to answer the email I receive for an award. The only link from you to me will be in my award winner's page and any information gathered from that will be on your site. I will not collect personal or identifiable information from users under the age of 13 years.

Submission requests by anyone under the age of 13 WILL NOT be considered in compliance with COPPA.

How email and "Contact" messages are handled:
I may preserve the content of any email or "Contact us" or other electronic messages that I receive. The message content may be monitored by my service providers for purposes including compliance auditing and maintenance or where email abuse is suspected.

How do I protect your information?:
I take great care to protect your personally identifiable information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, intrusion detection and site monitoring.
